As a member of the Isolated Children's Parents' Association, you are actively helping our rural and remote children access the education and opportunities they deserve.

Is my membership current?

If you're not sure about the status of your membership, you can check it by going to your user account.

When will my membership expire?

Everyone's membership expired on 31 December 2023. When you renew your membership, or if you've renewed or joined since 30 November 2023, the expiry date will be 12 months after you pay. You can view your last payment in your order history from your user account.

The best thing to do is to the check the current status of your membership by going to your user account.

How do I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership using this website. It's best to check if your membership is current by going to your user account. If your membership has expired, please follow the prompts.

Can I renew my membership before it has expired?

No. Your membership needs to have lapsed before you can renew for another 12 months. Please check your membership status.

Can I pay for membership through a branch?

We encourage everyone to join or renew using this website. This significantly reduces the workload on our volunteers and ensures you receive membership benefits from the minute you pay. However, if you prefer to pay through your branch, they'll be more than happy to help. 

Do I have a user account?

If you have been a member of ICPA since 2021 and you have paid online before, then you definitely have a user account. Make sure you log in using the email address you used when you joined or renewed. If you've forgotten your password, you can always reset it from the log in page.
